4	Asking for keycards (Aces, trump King and trump Queen)
	4	1 Keycard (Q still possible) or 4 Keycards without Q
	4 nt	0 Keycard (Q still possible) or 3 Keycards without Q
	5	2/5 Keycards without Q
	5	2/5 Keycards with Q
	5	3 Keycards with Q
	5	4 Keycards with Q
